SF Fungus Fair Poster

Each year the Mycological Society of San Francisco hosts their annual Fungus Fair, a beloved community event celebrating fungi in all its forms. I'm a member of the society and submitted this poster design for their 2024 poster contest.

I used my own photographs taken in the wild while foraging as the hero imagery. The design was my attempt to capture the fever of the hunt — the adrenaline, the glee, the pure wonderment that anyone who forages knows well. The result feels both scientific and joyful.
